TERMS + CONDITIONSBy remaining on the Living Libations website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

PAYMENTPayPal, Visa, and MasterCard are all accepted methods of payment.
It is our pleasure to observe fair trade and fair wage practices and we request that you do, too. All goods remain the property of Living Libations until they are paid for in full. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any unpaid monies sixty days from the date of order.
Our promotions and discounts are not retroactive, and although our promotional products often sell out quickly, we cannot give rain-checks. Please note that Flower Points and discount codes may not be used in combination with each other, nor towards the purchase of bundles, kits or gift cards.


During sales and specials, all subscription options and additional tiered discounts will not be available. Sales, specials and promotions start and end at midnight Pacific time.


Free shipping is calculated on the order subtotal, after discounts and before shipping and taxes. The subtotal for free shipping is calculated on physical, shipped items only. Gift cards do not count towards the free shipping minimum.


AUTO-REPLENISH SUBSCRIPTIONSLiving Libations provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms + Conditions. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply and may change if at any point you update your shipping address or the Auto-Replenish Subscription items in your order. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account, yet each subscription is subject to a minimum term of three shipments before it may be cancelled. If you would like to cancel before three shipments, please email us at care@livinglibations.com.
During storewide specials Auto-Replenish services will be unavailable. We reserve the right to change the price of our products at any time. Please be aware that your subscription price may change in line with sitewide price updates.
