We understand that people change their minds and want to update their order and that is no problem for us, though it occasionally causes snafus and delays in shipping. If you would like to update your recently placed order, please contact Customer Care quickly so that we may accommodate your request.
Once your order has been prepared, we are unable to add new items or combine separate orders.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Care immediately. We will do our best to stop the order before it is prepared. Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel it.

Every product is made to order to provide maximum quality and freshness, so we are restricted from accepting returned products for refunds.

In the rare case of a reaction, please contact a customer care representative for dilution tips and creative alternatives for product use. However, refunds will not be issued.
