This opulent oil is a long-awaited offering of an inspiring Hawaiian Sandalwood reforestation project that is saving endangered Sandalwood trees from extinction; Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood is only harvested from trees that are naturally nearing the end of their life cycle, and twenty trees are planted for each tree harvested. In other areas, these trees are harvested frequently and in many cases, illegally. This illegal harvesting leads to over-cultivation, poor quality oils, and the near-extinction of these benevolent trees the world over. (Our Sandalwood from Vanuatu is ethically harvested and lovely; yet this Hawaiian Sandalwood is extra special). Our distiller has increased the population of Sandalwood trees to 50 times its original numbers in the last three years alone. Each tree that is harvested for oil is chosen because it is already at the end of its life cycle.
Heavenly Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood Essential Oil combines 4,000 years of ancient wisdom with the generous essence of modern sustainability. The natural life cycle of each harvested tree is exuded in the beneficent extract, whose purity blesses beautiful skin and eases emotions of sorrow and grief. As the ancient Hawaiian sandalwood tree offers its last breath, its parting gift is a fragrant reminder of our own natural state: one of abundant joy and eternal spirit.
This superb oil is a secret beauty emollient of women in ancient eras. Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood can be used as a sensual perfume, a divine deodorant, a moisturizing all-over body oil, or a deep conditioning hair treatment that will leave thirsty locks shiny, soft, and satiated.
"Sandalwood's calming, harmonizing, and balancing effect acts like deep slow waves."
