SHINE ON CONDITIONER: ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Distilled Spring Water
Pure water distilled to deliver aqua to our botanical infusion.

Jojoba — Simmondsia chinensis
Singing with a hearty 96% ceramides, glorious golden Jojoba is the seminal supplier of sumptuous ceramides to nourish scalp and hair strands. Conditioning thirsty hair and synergizing with sebum, Jojoba has unparalleled ability to moisturize the hair and balance oil production. It is packed with peptides and lipids and contains the highest levels of phenolic compounds found in nature along with antioxidants and all soluble forms of vitamin E.

Aloe Vera — Aloe barbadensis
Aloe is a botanical gem from the desert that ensures proper balance of moisture and promotes healthy hair. It smoothes the hair cuticle and creates an invisible lush layer on the surface of each hair strand, helping to lock in moisture and nutrients.

Rosewater — Rosa damascena
Transcending standard hydration, our rosewater hydrosol delivers the water-soluble molecules from the distillation of Rose Otto essential oil including the delicate volatile monoterpenols. Known for centuries as a vital skin and hair tonic.

Apple Cider Vinegar — Malus sylvestris
Created through the fermentation of fresh apple cider, this living vinegar acts as a bio-compatible, low-pH clarifying rinse that directly counteracts any alkaline stress of hard tap water. Brimming with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and active enzymes that dissolve dulling mineral residues, flatten the hair cuticle scale by scale, and eliminate styling buildup to dramatically amplify the high-definition shine, bounce, and manageability of your tresses.

Tamanu Oil — Calophyllum inophyllum
Cold-pressed from the sun-dried kernels of the tropical drupe fruit, Tamanu is an exceptionally emollient lipid. Revered for centuries in traditional South Pacific pharmacopeia as a remedy that seals the skin with a unique matrix of neoflavonoids, calophyllolide, and dense fatty acids that replenish and soothe irritated scalps while nourishing damaged hair fibers.

Orange Wax — Citrus aurantium dulcis
A semi-solid wax that is extracted from the pressed peels of oranges, this zesty wax contains beneficial phyto-sterols. It creates a natural emulsifier that enhances the structure of our formula keeping them swirled together.

Bladderwrack — Fucus vesiculosus
This succulent seaweed is naturally mucilaginic, being both moisturizing and tonifying for the hair. People from regions that ingest lots of seaweed often have thick, beautiful hair! Dry, thirsty hair will relish the vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids found in our wild-harvested seaweed extract. Juicy, gelatinous seaweed holds moisture inside the strands to reduce flyaways and frizz.

Herbal Infusions in Jojoba — Simmondsia chinensis
This formula features slow-steeped infusions of four heroic-hair-herbals extracted directly into our golden Jojoba matrix to deliver slip and structural integrity to hair. First, Chickweed (Stellaria pubera) offers soothing, moisture-rich lubrication to calm the scalp and coat the hair shaft. Next, the classic mucilage, Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) brings its legendary slippery texture, with compounds, proteins, and vitamins that condition. This is paired with Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra), an esteemed mucilaginous herb that smooths down the hair cuticle to preempt flyaways and frizz. Furthering the nourishment, Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) is a micro-green-mineral-shot, replete in trace minerals and Vitamins K, B5, and C, nurturing strands from root to tip.

Lavender — Lavandula angustifolia
Lulling Lavender delivers an abundance of natural linalool and linalyl acetate, aromatic phytochemicals that work in tandem to keep hair cuticles and complexion calm.

Lime — Citrus aurantifolia
Clarifying Lime brimming with the monoterpene limonene, is a scented-solvent to dissolve residue and buildup.

Sage + Rosemary — Salvia officinalis + Rosmarinus officinalis
These potent and pure plant nectars contain hundreds of botanical bioactives and protective antioxidants. By naturally slowing down the oxidation process, this dynamic herbal duo extends the pristine freshness of our conditioner while delivering cogent nourishment straight to strands and scalp biome.

SHINE ON HAIR CONDITIONER: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can this conditioner be used on fine or oily hair without weighing it down?
Yes. Differing from conventional conditioners with synthetic silicones and plastics to create artificial slip, Shine On is crafted from an agile, lightweight matrix of pure plant lipids and classic botanical mucilages. Jojoba ceramides seamlessly blend with your hair's natural sebum, while the clarifying touch of living Apple Cider Vinegar and Lime essential oils prevents weight and buildup. This allows the formula to rinse away effortlessly, imparting incredible bounce, volume, and clean, light-reflecting brilliance to even the finest, thinnest, or most oil-prone hair types. As Lenni experiences:

"I have super-fine, thin and oily hair... and it was perfect for my hair! It was left perfectly clean, bouncy and shiny, with a load of volume and in no way stripped. It has become a constant companion of my bathroom and I will never be without it."

Is this formula safe and effective for curly, textured, or heavily chemically damaged hair?
Yes, it is a structural savior for compromised hair fibers. Because it is free from synthetic coatings, this creme conditions the hair shaft rather than simply masking damage. This botanical detangler, enrobing coarse textures and highly porous, bleached, or over-processed strands in harmonizing hydration. Reviving natural curl patterns, defining ringlets, and transforming a parched, frizzy mane into soft, silky, locks without any flaking or stiffness.

"I had really great, thick light brown hair but I decided to bleach it which turned my hair to concrete! I used a 'chemical' product called Enjoy Hair Mask, which softened the hair...but added weight and a gross chemical smell. I tried this and it made my hair sooo beautiful and soft! I've thrown out the Enjoy product and only use this! It saved my hair and it's actually more radiant than my pre-bleach hair!" — Elizpip

"I have natural hair (3c/4a) and this gives me so much definition. I use it as a conditioner and a styler. It melts into my hair but still gives it some hold. And you don’t have to worry about flaking, which I’m definitely sold on. I love it." — L

Can the conditioner be used for applications beyond a quick rinse?
Yes, it is also a lovely, lightweight leave-in conditioner, a curl-defining styling lotion on dry hair, a soothing scalp-hydration mask for dry hairlines, and even a clean shaving cream, or lux lotion. It offers full-body botanical sanctuary without a trace of synthetic residue.

"Not only do I love this as a conditioner, I also have been using it on my scalp! Specifically around my hair line as this winter has been so dry and my scalp has been suffering. I massage this into my scalp and it instantly soothes, is lightweight, and doesn't make my fine hair look oily! Truly an amazing product. I also love using it as a leave-in when my ends are feeling a little dry." — Emma

"Totally works as a body cream. We used the Shine On Conditioner as a whole body cream for our boys who have red itchy skin!" — Nicky

"For special events, I do enjoy applying a more generous amount to the tips of my hair, and leaving it in for a bit longer, then rinsing quickly. This does not need to be rinsed off thoroughly, just letting the water quickly fall onto hair is good enough. This also works well for shaving, if you do need something handy. This can also be used as a styling product when hair is dry, to tame the frizzies or fly-away hairs in place, and to define curly/wavy hair." — Kathy
